Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using XUIONE WEBPLAYER PRO. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using XUIONE WEBPLAYER PRO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

XUIONE WEBPLAYER PRO is a web-based IPTV player software that allows users to:

  • Connect to IPTV services via Xtream Codes API or 1-Stream API
  • Stream live TV, movies, and series content
  • Access electronic program guide (EPG) data
  • Manage favorites and viewing history

Important: XUIONE WEBPLAYER PRO is software only. We do not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV content, streams, or channel subscriptions.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the software on the number of domains specified in your subscription plan
  • Use the software for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your plan

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software to access illegal content or violate any laws
  • Share your license key with others
  • Circumvent license restrictions or integrity checks

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have legal rights to access any IPTV content through your provider
  • Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • The security of your installation and license key
  • Any content accessed through your use of the software

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout

7. Free Trial

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial for monthly subscriptions. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Your license key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period

9. Intellectual Property

XUIONE WEBPLAYER PRO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • AVAILABILITY OR RELIABILITY OF IPTV STREAMS

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. IPTV Content Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, quality, or legality of any IPTV content
  • The actions or services of third-party IPTV providers
  • Any copyright infringement by users or their IPTV providers

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abuse of the service

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
